User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information when requesting services.
• Use services only for lawful purposes.
• Respect the intellectual property rights of Ray's Custom Computers and third parties.

Payments, Deposits & Refunds

• Payment is due at time of service/purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Deposits for custom builds may be non-refundable due to parts procurement.
• Refunds follow applicable service agreements and law.

Customer Data & Backups

While we take care with customer devices and data, you are responsible for backing up your data before service. Unless stated in a written agreement, we are not liable for data loss, corruption, or recovery costs.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ray's Custom Computers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for damages caused by misuse, neglect, or third-party services.

Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA. Exclusive venue for disputes lies in the state and federal courts located in Tennessee, USA.
